Multiple Demat Account Management

Our Service allows you to manage multiple Demat accounts for IPO applications. By using this feature, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about all Demat accounts linked to the Service.
• Use only Demat accounts that you legally own or are authorized to use.
• Follow all SEBI regulations regarding IPO applications from multiple accounts.
• Grant us limited permission to submit IPO applications on your behalf when instructed.

Account Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information updated.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and your account ("Account") and you are also fully responsible for all activities that occur using your Account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

Financial Risks

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Investments in IPOs involve market risk and the potential for capital loss.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• We do not guarantee any returns on investments made through our Service.
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

In no event shall Envest, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
